Delivery - UK orders

UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail parcel post. Please allow up to seven working days for delivery.

Postage costs: a £3.99 charge is added to each order to cover postage and packing for UK addresses.

Please note: UK includes the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and BFPOs.

Delivery - EU countries

We now offer delivery to all EU countries. The countries currently served are listed below. For security reasons, when you place an order from an EU country, you must use the same delivery address as your billing address. EU orders will be shipped using Royal Mail International Post, which is a signed for service. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our control.

Postage costs: a £9.99 charge is added to all EU orders to cover postage and packing.

Please note that bulky items or orders may trigger an additional charge to send to destinations outside of mainland UK. If this happens we will contact you to confirm the final amount.

We cannot currently accept orders from any other overseas country.

Please remember to include your full name and address when corresponding by email. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9.00hrs to 17.30hrs.

Please note that the Customer Services Team is English-speaking and can currently only respond to calls in English.

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally we have packages returned to us because Royal Mail was unable to deliver them. If this happens we will contact you to find out if you would like your order to be re-dispatched or refunded.
