 What is the cost of delivery?

A £3.99 postage and packaging fee is applicable to all UK and BFPO orders. Delivery to EU countries is charged at £9.99.

Do you deliver overseas?

We now offer delivery to all EU countries – click here for full details. You cannot currently place an order online for any other overseas country.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We ship using Royal Mail parcel post and orders are normally delivered within 7 working days. Should any item be delayed, we will inform you of an expected dispatch date.

Can I pay for Next Day delivery?

Next day delivery service is not currently available.

Can I have my order sent to a different name or address?

Yes, if you live in the UK you can have your order sent to a different address to your billing address. Just enter the shipping information when you checkout. For security reasons, when you place an order from an EU country, you must use the same delivery address as your billing address.

Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses?

No, we do not currently support multiple delivery addresses per order.

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes, you can have your order delivered FREE to any of our stores nationwide, excluding Sweatshop at Harrods. This gives you the convenience of shopping from home at any time of day or night to reserve your goods or make sure they're available in your nearest store. Find out more here

What if I want to change my delivery address?

You are unable to change the delivery address of an order once it has been placed. To change your address for any future orders you can do this during the checkout process or login to your My Account page and update your Account Profile.

How do I cancel an item/order?

An order cannot be amended or cancelled once it has been placed. You will need to follow the returns procedure to return any unwanted items for a refund. The items must be returned prior to a refund being offered.

Can I use a Sweatshop Gift Card online?

We are unable to accept gift cards as payment for online orders. Gift cards can currently only be used in Sweatshop stores.

How do I return an item?

Should you wish to return an item, you can return it to Sweatshop Mail Order or any of our stores (excluding Harrods). We offer a free returns service to all of our mainland UK customers via Royal Mail. Please follow the returns process detailed on the paperwork enclosed with your order and use the freepost label provided. We offer a 14 day no quibble refund or exchange, providing the item is unworn and in a re-saleable condition.

We recommend you obtain proof of posting for all returns. Returns are free for UK mainland customers. For non-UK mainland customers, postage cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Once you receive my return, how long should I expect to wait to receive my exchange?

Upon receipt of the item returned, we endeavour to re-ship the exchange item within 48 hours providing we have stock. Should we not have the item in stock you will be contacted.

I returned an item for refund, when will this be refunded?

Upon receipt of the item, we endeavour to process the refund within 48 hours. The refund should take approximately 3-4 days to appear on your statement.

Once my order is placed, is the item guaranteed as in stock?

Due to speed of sales, we cannot guarantee the availability of any item when you place your order. We will contact you if an item in your order is not available in our warehouse.

I have placed my order but not been charged. Why is this?

We do not take payment until the order is ready for dispatch.

How do I sign up to receive special offers and Sweatshop catalogues?

You can sign up to receive our fantastic offers when you place an order, you can log into your account to change your preferences or you can sign up for emails and offers here.

Can I use my England Athletics card online?

Sweatshop offers 10% off on production of your EA membership card in any of our stores nationwide* or online. *Terms and conditions apply. Non sale items only. In addition, England Athletics members can obtain other special offers and discounts with Sweatshop, details of which can be found on the England Athletics website.

Can you offer technical advice online?

Our Customer Service team can offer advice on footwear and apparel; however, we do recommend you visit one of our stores for more in-depth personal advice.
