Returns Information
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.
Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you purchase an item from www.sweatshop.co.uk. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you can return it (unworn and unused in original packaging and has all its original components) within 14 days for a refund. Please follow the returns process outlined on your invoice.
Don't forget to ask for a certificate of posting. Sweatshop can't refund the postage charge for non-UK mainland returns. This does not affect your statutory rights. Should you wish to return an item, you can return it to Sweatshop Returns Department or any of our stores (excluding Harrods).
How to return products once received
Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you purchase an item from www.sweatshop.co.uk. If you are unhappy with an item, please contact us first and we will assist you in returning it to us within14 days of the date of dispatch.
If you wish return a product you can either:
- Take the item to a Sweatshop store (excluding Harrods). Please ensure you take your order confirmation with you as proof of purchase.
- Contact us by email (customerservice@sweatshop.co.uk) or write to us at Sweatshop Customer Service, 12 Station Road, Hampton, Middlesex, TW12 2BX
Once you have contacted us, you will be given instructions on how and where to return your purchase. We recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) as you will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
Please complete the returns form that was included with your order.
Please ensure that you have taken reasonable care of it and that the item has all of its original components.
