Standard UK Delivery - £3.99
UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail parcel post. Please allow between 3 to 5 working days for delivery from the day you placed the order. (excludes weekends and bank holidays).
Please note: UK includes the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and BFPOs.
Free Delivery is offered on all UK orders over £100. Free Delivery uses our standard UK delivery service:
Next Day Delivery - £5.99
Next Day delivery are shipped using our courier Yodel. This is a tracked service.
Place your order before 2pm Monday - Thursday and receive your order the very next day (excludes weekends and bank holidays)
Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched on the next working day (excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays).
Orders placed on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays)
Saturday Delivery - £6.99
Saturday deliveries are shipped using our courier Yodel. This is a tracked service.
Place your order before 2pm on Friday to receive your order on the Saturday.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be delivered the following Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Please Note: Next Day / Saturday delivery is not guaranteed to certain post codes and business addresses in the UK. Orders may be received the next day/Saturday if ordered earlier in the day but we cannot guarantee this.

Delivery - EU countries
Standard EU Delivery - £9.99
We offer delivery to all EU countries. The countries currently served are listed below. For security reasons, when you place an order from an EU country, you must use the same delivery address as your billing address. EU orders will be shipped using our preferred courier service, which is a signed for service. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our control.
Please note that large items or heavier orders may trigger an additional charge to send to destinations outside of mainland UK. If this happens we will contact you to confirm the final amount.

Lines are open Monday to Friday 9.00hrs to 17.30hrs.
Please note: The Customer Services Team can currently only respond to calls in English.
Occasionally we have packages returned to us because our courier was unable to deliver them. If this happens we will contact you to find out if you would like your order to be re-dispatched or refunded.
You can have your order delivered FREE to one of our stores* nationwide. This gives you the convenience of shopping from home at any time of day or night to reserve your goods or make sure they're available in your nearest store, we'll email you when your order's ready to collect and you can pick it up whenever you're ready
How it works
- Order online: Add your chosen item(s)** to your shopping basket as per a normal online order. Click the 'Checkout' button. Follow the instructions and log in if you are an existing customer or simply enter your email address if you haven't ordered from us before.
- Choose a store: In the 'Delivery details' section, select the “Click and collect” option and choose a store from the drop-down box that appears and follow the online instructions to complete your order.
- Order confirmation: You will be emailed your order confirmation. Print this email or print your order confirmation page as you will need a copy of your order on collection.
- Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours, excluding weekends. This service uses Royal Mail.
- The store will email you to confirm receipt of the order in store so that you know it is ready for collection. If you haven't heard from the store within 5 working days, please contact them to check before travelling.
- Collect from store: When it's convenient for you, collect your order from the store. You will need to show a copy of your order confirmation or, if you only have the order number with you, you will be asked for photo identification (such as a driving licence, passport or bus pass). You will be asked to sign for the parcel.
If you are unable to collect the parcel for any reason, the person collecting on your behalf will need to supply a copy of your order confirmation and provide identification. They will also be asked to sign for the parcel.
If after 28 days your order has not been collected and you cannot be contacted, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded the value of the items.
**Please note: Framed prints are not available for our Click & Collect service. If your order contains a Limited Edition framed print, this will be despatched within 48 hours. Frames will be despatched separately from other order items for protection.
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.
Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you purchase an item from www.sweatshop.co.uk. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you can return it (unworn and unused in original packaging and has all its original components) within 14 days for a refund. Please follow the returns process outlined on your invoice and use the FREEPOST address supplied (UK orders only).
Don't forget to ask for a certificate of posting. Sweatshop can't refund the postage charge for non-UK mainland returns. This does not affect your statutory rights. Should you wish to return an item, you can return it to Sweatshop Returns Department or any of our stores (excluding Harrods).
How to return products once received
Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you purchase an item from www.sweatshop.co.uk. If you are unhappy with an item, please contact us first and we will assist you in returning it to us within14 days of the date of dispatch.
If you wish return a product you can either:
- Take the item to a Sweatshop store (excluding Harrods). Please ensure you take your order confirmation with you as proof of purchase.
- Contact us by email (email@example.com) or write to us at Sweatshop Customer Service, 12 Station Road, Hampton, Middlesex, TW12 2BX
Once you have contacted us, you will be given instructions on how and where to return your purchase. We recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) as you will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
Please complete the returns form that was included with your order.
Please ensure that you have taken reasonable care of it and that the item has all of its original components.
