  What is motion analysis? Motion analysis is a system where using a video camera & treadmill we make sure you get the correct footwear.
  
  How much is motion analysis? It's free. All we ask is that you purchase new footwear on the sameday as your analysis.
  
  What should I wear to do motion analysis? Suitable clothing should be worn for running. We would also like to specify that we are able to see the back of your knees, so shorts are preferable.
  
  How can it help me? Motion analysis ensures you get the right shoes to help avoid aches, pains and avoid injuries. The process takes around 30 minutes to complete.
  
  How long do i have to run for? Long enough for us to get the most accurate reading possible. However, you choose the pace, so all levels of fitness welcome.
  
  Do i have to book? No, however, we strive to provide ground breaking customer service at all times, therefore we ask customers to be patient if using the store at weekend lunch time periods.

Sweatshop is in the front of the main entrance to the David Lloyd Club. Free parking in club car park. The club is a 15-20 minute walk from Merry Hill Centre.
