The Saucony ShoeLab is a digital video studio which helps us provide market leading gait analysis to help you decide which style of shoe is for you. At a Saucony ShoeLab, you can ask any questions you like about footwear and running in general. If you're looking for a new pair of running shoes, you can have a full digital video gait analysis with our expert who will then recommend a category of shoe that's best for you, and you'll then get to choose from two or three styles which they recommend. All you need to take part is about thirty minutes of your time. It also helps if you bring your running socks and even your old shoes. Don't worry if they're really old, smelly or worn out (or all three), we'll have seen worse and we'll be able to tell lots from the condition they're in. For more details check the Saucony ShoeLab Sports Massage - Saturday 12th September - 9:30am-6pm We are delighted to announce that we have sports massage therapist Steve Freeman available instore.
